Family Fun Opens Graff's Park - April 2009

Eminence was full of life on Sunday 19 April as Villawood Properties hosted a Family Fun Day to celebrate the opening of ‘Graff’s Park’.
Over 120 people enjoyed the fun and a relaxing day at Eminence which included live jazz, a complementary barbeque and plenty of activities for kids including a jumping castle, animal farm and a special visit from the Doreen CFA and Villawood’s very own ‘Waddles the Platypus’.
Offering a chance for many of the estate’s soon-to-be-residents to mix and mingle in the new community park even before they move into their new homes, the day also included a builder’s marquee with information on building a brand new home at Eminence.
Six lucky winners also went home happy having scored one of the many door prizes which included Villawood Visa Gift Cards, Gold Class movie passes and Villawood showbags.
As part of the day Villawood and the City of Whittlesea officially opened the centrally located barbeque structure and feature of the park, ‘Graff’s Cottage’.
